Product description
A mixture of cement in properly selected aggregate and modifying agents. After mixing with water or mixing liquid, it forms an easy-to-apply, quick-setting cement mortar, which is characterized by high compressive strength.
Features
- good adhesion and quick bonding: the repaired area can be put into service as soon as 2 hours after application of the material at 20 C or after 1 hour at 30 C
- it can be used on damp surfaces
- breaks and disruptions in traffic caused by repairs do not exceed two hours
- resistance to freezing and thawing
- does not contain chloride
- easy to apply
- high quality and durability of the repairs performed
- high mechanical parameters
Application
- urgent repairs of floors and concrete substrates that require very quick re-commissioning, such as: airport runways, damaged as a result of wear or bombing, bridge plates, expressways, loading and unloading ramps, warehouses, parking spaces, garages, parking spaces, load-bearing capacity, access roads to the site, industrial floors, etc.
- after adding sand and aggregate up to 50% by weight as bonding material for large-volume repairs (up to 2 m)
- as a clean product for minor repairs and patching of concrete surfaces
