A liner made of foamed closed cell polyethylene, free of CFC and HCFC, for static filling and moving joints with varying degrees of swelling. Joint cord allows dimensioning of flexible joints in object floors in industrial and commercial areas, swimming pools and facades before final sealing using ecocompatible sealants Fugabella Eco or Keralevel Eco Floor.
