- filling gaps in thermal insulation when insulating buildings
properties
- the foam has extremely good adhesion to smooth and porous surfaces occurring when installing doors and windows: PVC, masonry, concrete, brick, wood, metal and other
- low-pressure formula eliminates frame warping and ensures full gap filling
- has excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing parameters
- cures under the influence of moisture contained in the atmospheric air
- resistant to mold and mildew
Method of use
- Thoroughly clean and degrease the working substrate.
- Before use, make sure the can is positive (optimum +20 C).
- Shake the can well (for about 30 seconds) to thoroughly mix the ingredient in.
- Screw the applicator to the can, the working position for assembly is the can position "to the top".
- Apply foam from below to the gap.
- Fill the joints up to 50% deep, but not more than 5 cm per one layer, wider than 5 cm should be filled in layers,
- Moisten each layer after application with water, e.g. with a sprayer.
- Excess foam after curing should be removed mechanically (e.g. with a knife).
- After full hardening, the foam should be protected against UV rays using plaster, paints, for example.
