The TERIVA floor system consists of prefabricated truss beams stretched between load-bearing walls and filling blocks, which are concreted from the top with a concrete layer to obtain rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The ceiling beam is responsible for the load capacity, while the block is a filling that affects the thermal insulation and room acoustics.
Laying the TERIVA ceiling does not require the participation of heavy equipment, and formwork is only necessary on its periphery and under the distribution ribs. The concrete layer of 3 to 5 cm binds for 3-4 weeks, which, like a monolithic ceiling, prevents loading of the ceiling and further construction works on the next floor until the concrete sets.
Ribbed ceilings have a fixed spacing of beams (maximum every 60 cm), which makes them best suited for buildings in a regular shape.
TERIVA TERMO SYSTEM was designed for an investor looking for a highly energy-efficient product who is aware that choosing the right material for building a house will in the future bring measurable benefits in the form of savings on heating costs.
In this solution, the block is not only a filling, it is primarily a determining element of the building's thermal insulation properties.
This solution occurs in three variants of filling the space between beams:
These three products are an offer for an investor who wants to build an energy-efficient house.
