Delivery Information

You will pay for transport in Polish zlotys, Euro or USD. The offer is individually agreed with one of the employees in our customer's order fulfillment department, who will optimize the transport conditions in terms of the lowest cost and the highest possible safety of the purchased goods. All shipping and delivery charges proposed by an employee of the Customer Fulfillment Department are subject to the customer's approval. Depending on the goods purchased by you, we will propose:

  • Some of the products from our offer are available immediately in the central warehouse or in our consignment warehouses at manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Personal pickup will be offered after prior ordering.

Special Offer

  • For orders that meet the manufacturer's logistic minimum, he will receiveYou will find a transport offer included in the order price.

  • Logistics minima include, but are not limited to:
    • over 30 m2 of polystyrene selected by the producer
    • over 6 pallets of selected loose materials (adhesives, plasters)
    • over 10 cartons in lagging insulation selected by producers

After we receive the payment to your account or send the order to our employee of the customer's order fulfillment department (shipments payable on delivery), you will receive information about the approximate date of transport. After sending the parcel, we will inform you about the carrier and the number of the transport bill of lading, the status of which can be checked at the addresses of the parties:

The basis for bidding according to the store's regulations:

The delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Product delivery costs (including charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Store website in the information tab regarding delivery costs and in the Offer. Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge. The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product: Shipment by forwarding (parcel), Postal shipment, Shipment by forwarding (pallet), Collection of the Product by the Customer (Customer's own transport) available at the address and on the date indicated to the Customer in the Offer, Seller's own transport . The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer / the date of the Product's readiness for collection is each time given to the Customer by the Seller in the Offer. The beginning of the period of delivery of the Product to the Customer is counted as follows: If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account. If the Customer chooses the method of payment by cash on delivery - from the date of the Sale Agreement. If the Customer chooses the method of payment in the installment system - from the date of notifying the Seller by the lender about the conclusion of a loan agreement with the Customer, not later, however, than from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account with funds from the loan granted to the Customer.

Our offer also includes transport services: air, container by sea, intercontinental, hazardous product and non-standard dimensions and shapes. The parameters of this type of transport are each time agreed with the employees of the customer's order fulfillment department.

  1. Delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The costs of delivery of the Product (including fees for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Store's website in the information tab regarding delivery costs and in the Offer.
  2. Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge. If the Customer does not collect the Product within the time limit agreed in the Sales Agreement, the Seller may call the Customer to collect the Product, setting him an appropriate additional deadline for its collection, provided that after this period he is entitled to charge fees for non-contractual storage of items, including storage costs incurred.
  3. The Customer indicates only the preferred method of delivery in the Order placed in the Online Store. The Seller, presenting the Offer to the Customer, may propose a different method of delivery than the one chosen by the Customer, if the delivery method chosen by the Customer in a given situation is impossible to implement or for other reasons unavailable.
  4. By default, the Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product:
    1. Shipping by forwarding (parcel)
    2. Postal delivery
    3. Shipping by forwarding (pallet)
    4. Collection of the Product by the Customer (Customer's own transport) available at the address and on the date indicated to the Customer in the Offer - after prior arrangement of the possibility of personal collection with the Seller.
    5. Seller's own transport.
  5. The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer / the date of readiness of the Product for collection is each time given to the Customer by the Seller in the Offer. The beginning of the delivery period of the Product to the Customer is counted as follows:
    1. If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
    2. If the Customer chooses the method of payment in cash on delivery - from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
    3. If the Customer chooses the method of payment in installments or deferred payment "Buy with Twisto" - from the date of notification to the Seller by the lender or Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. about the conclusion of a loan agreement with the Customer, but no later than from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account with funds from the loan granted to the Customer.
