Product description
Dry, factory-prepared gypsum plaster mix for making single-layer plaster in gypsum with increased surface hardness and compressive strength, indoors. It allows to obtain a naturally smooth surface of a single-layer plaster.
Features
- application with a plastering unit
- easy and quick to process
- fireproof
- diffusion open (vapor permeable)
- regulates the room climate
Application
- for machine and manual use
- making single-layer plaster in gypsum in dry interior rooms with normal air humidity, including domestic rooms with high humidity, such as kitchens and bathrooms
- residential construction, such as apartments and houses, is also ideal for use on surfaces exposed to increased loads due to the functionality of the rooms, e.g. public buildings such as hotels, guesthouses, hospitals, offices, especially corridors and staircases where there is a greater risk of mechanical damage
Technical data
- maximum grain size 0.6 mm
- surface hardness ≥ 2.5 N / mm
- compressive strength (28 days) ≥ 6.0 N / mm
- bending strength (28 days) ≥ 2.0 N / mm
- heat conductivity coefficient λ 0.43 W / mK
- diffusion resistance factor 10 (tabular value)
- minimum plaster thickness: wall 10 mm; ceiling 8 mm
- maximum plaster thickness: wall: 25 mm in one layer; ceiling 15 mm
- material consumption approx. 11 kg / m with a plaster thickness of 10 mm
- efficiency about 2.7 m from a 30 kg bag, with a plaster thickness of 10 mm
- packing 30 kg bag - 40 bags / pallet = 1200 kg
