Ready-to-use, fast-setting assembly mortar based on cement and selected aggregates, characterized by a rapid increase in mechanical strength.

Application

- compressive strength: strength ~ 6 MPa after 3 h; strength after 28 days ~ 24 MPa - according to PN-EN 196-1
- mixing ratio 0.95-1.05 l of water per 5 kg bag of powder; 19% –21% l of water in relation to the weight of the loose component
- consumption depending on the roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the layer; about 20 kg of dry mortar per 1 m per 1 cm of layer thickness
- efficiency from one 5 kg bag about 3.36 dm 3 of fresh mortar
- ambient and substrate temperature when applying minimum +5 C / maximum +30 C
- suitability for use ~ 1-2 min
- setting time ~ 2-3 min
- possibility of loading ~ 2 h
- storage conditions: store in a dry and cool room, in closed and undamaged packages; best to use within 12 months from production date
- package 5 kg bag with an aluminum layer
